About me:
I am have been traveling the world for many years with my dear husband, Zachary, and our daughter Jude and son Aiden. All in search of the perfect meals to share with all. I recently came back from Norway were I enjoyed an arrangement of various pastries and the smoothest coffee I've ever had. Although when I am not traveling around the world, I am a full time stay at home mom and writer in my free time. My days maybe hectic with my dear twins, but they help me create wonder worlds through stories, which lead to the idea of doing the same to the foods we see.

my start as a food critic:
I have been a food critic for over 10 years and I have never stopped since I've started. I have a bachelors degree in culinary arts, which has helped open my eyes to how foods should taste and be reviewed. I've also worked over 15 yrs as a professional chief in many restaurants around america and Europe. my travels have widened my abilities and also knowledge in every field of cooking. these last three years i have been studying into way to work around thousands of food allergies, but that won't be all that i share with the world. i want my skills to better all of those around me.
